For any Online purchase, we offer the opportunity for you to obtain a credit note or exchange the same item for a different size if you are not satisfied with the size/fit of your purchase made via electronic means, (i.e., via the Website), provided that the merchandise is returned to us and received by us in its original condition within the time frames set out below. Proof of purchase is required. We must receive your returned purchase within 10 calendar days from the date the merchandise is deemed to have been delivered to you. This offer does not include refund of delivery charges.

Any merchandise that is damaged, or soiled in transit to us will not qualify for refund or exchange under this Returns Policy.
